Production Process |
The entire process of rotomolding can basically be divided into four phases :
- Loading
- Heating
- Cooling
- Unloading the mold.
Different Phases of Rotomoulding Production |
Fields of application : Plastics Pulverizing Including PVC Recycling, Rotational Molding, Compounding and Master batching.
Pulverizers are machines that are used to grind different materials like plastic, glass, aluminum, concrete, coal, rock, resin, tires, and even medical waste. In rotational molding it is used to grind the polymers into powders or granules before they are fed into the mold.

Modern Improvement |
With the development of technology, the process of rotomolding has metamorphosed from being just a falsifiable process, relying on both trial and error and the experience of the operator, to a highly technological evolution where even the air temperature in the mold could be monitored. Much of the theoretical assumptions and hypotheses has been replaced by precise technological conformity based on microprocessors. |

Mold Release Agents |
A mold release agents is a chemical/substance used to get a slip effect so that the finished products can be efficiently removed from the molds without effecting the perfection of the molded surface. Good mold release agents maximize the process efficiency by reducing cycle time and eliminate the need for a bake cycle.Ideally these agents should be such that they do not alter the finish of the molded products and also not interfere with auxiliary processing requirements.
